What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer to reschedule your charter to the next available date or provide a full refund. We monitor the weather conditions closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions appear questionable.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We also provide outstanding catering services with menus tailored to your tastes. Please be aware that glass containers are not allowed on board due to safety concerns.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to serve all of our guests. While some of our yachts are more accessible than others, we encourage you to discuss your needs with us during the booking process, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any required arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations 72 hours or more prior to departure, a full refund is given. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours before departure qualify for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical problems on our end.
